AT AROUND 11:30 AM WEDNESDAY MORNING, MERRIMACK POLICE RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF THEFT AT THE T POLO STORE IN MERRIMACK PREMIUM OUTLETS. THAT SUSPECT WAS 18-YEAR-OLD MOSES NE-DOO-TEE- AY OF CONCORD.. ACCORDING TO COURT DOCUMENTS, NT N E- DOO-TE-AY FILLED TWO BAGS OF DUNKIN DONUTS WITH CLOTHES, BUT THEY WERE TAKEN FROM HIM BY A STORE EMPLOYEE. THIS PICTURE WAS TAKEN FROM STORE SURVEILLANCE VIDEO, AS NE-DOO-TEE-AY WAS OUT WITH THAT SECOND BAG… THAT’S WHEN POLICE SAID A THREAT WAS MADE. COURT DOCUMENTATION SHOWS NE-DOO-TEE-AY ACTUALLY DRAWN THE GUN FROM HIS BELT AND ALSO THREATENED TO COME BACK AND SHOT EVERYONE IN THE STORE. – TEE-AY WAS ARRESTED ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER… IN TILTON. 02 NE-DOO-TEE -AY S WA ARRESTED IN TILTON AND RETURNED

Police say a man was arrested at another Polo store in Tilton

A Concord man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he allegedly robbed the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory store in Merrimack and threatened to kill an employee in the process. Police were called to the Merrimack Premium Outlets around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday to a report theft. Police said Moise Ndutiye, 18, of Concord, allegedly filled a bag with items and then tried to leave the store. He was stopped by a store employee but then allegedly pulled a handgun from his belt, police said. , and at that point the suspect put his hand on the gun and said, ‘I’m going to kill you,’ then left the store,” said Merrimack Detective Lt. Chris Spillane. The thief fled, but about an hour and a half later Tilton Police detained a man in the Tilton Outlets Polo store who was acting suspiciously. After speaking with Merrimack police, it was determined that it was the same man, police said. Ndutiye was arrested by Tilton Police and taken to Merrimack to face charges of robbery and felony threats.

Police said Moise Ndutiye, 18, of Concord, allegedly filled a bag with items and then tried to leave the store. He was arrested by a store employee but then allegedly pulled a handgun from his belt, police said.

“While picking up items from the store, he was approached by a company employee who asked if he was going to pay for the items, at which point the suspect put his hand on the ‘gun and said, ‘I’m going to kill you’ and then left the store,” Merrimack Detective Lt. Chris Spillane said.

The thief fled, but about an hour and a half later Tilton Police detained a man in the Tilton Outlets Polo store who was acting suspiciously. After speaking with Merrimack police, it was determined that it was the same man, police said.

Ndutiye was arrested by Tilton Police and taken to Merrimack to face charges of theft and criminal threats.
